You will provide expert leadership to a very busy Gynaecology Outpatient department. You will work collaboratively with the Operational team and the Matron for Fertility & Gynaecology to ensure optimal patient experience, supporting with waiting lists. You will ensure the department has the equipment and resources to support the Nursing and HCSW teams in the provision of outpatient and ambulatory diagnostic clinics. This is a Monday to Friday role. We are searching for an experienced Gynaecology Nurse who is able to undertake excellent clinical care, in an outpatient ambulatory setting whilst undertaking the additional admin roles expected at this level, including but not limited to shift rostering, staff appraisals, staff training, sickness management and recruitment of staff. The successful candidate should be proficient in skills such as venepuncture & cannulation, drug administration and possess excellent communication and administrative skills. You will be working closely with the Multi-disciplinary teams to ensure an excellent provision of service across all Gynaecology Specialities including Reproductive Medicine, Uro-gynaecology and Gynae-Oncology.
