To lead and support the management, development and delivery of the distribution and procurement related education and training of pre-registration trainee pharmacy technicians and support staff. To support the chief technicians to maintain, develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service and reduce risk. To assist the chief technicians with the recruitment, return to work, annual leave allocation and appraisal of delegated staff.
