We are a busy children's outpatients department, facilitating appointments for acute and community paediatric services, across 2 sites in the Wirral area. You will work with members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children and young people who attend the paediatric department. To communicate effectively with children of all ages and their families. To create a safe and welcoming family friendly environment. To obtain physiological observations for babies, children and young people. Some clerical duties are required in addition to domestic duties to ensure a safe environment . About us Please see attached Job Description for further information about the children's outpatients clinical support worker position available at WUTH. If successful in this role , there is a requirement for you to have an enhanced DBS. This will be paid for by the Trust and deducted form your salary over a 3 month period. As this vacancy is within the division of Women and Children, there is a mandatory requirement for successful candidates to join to DBS update service. The cost of joining the update is £13 per year, and applicants are liable to cover this cost with no reimbursement from the Trust.
