The role is based at Watford General Hospital and is supported by a team of 19 experienced static and rotational staff members. o To provide a nutrition and dietetic service by carrying out supportive clinical and non-clinical duties in the department, on the wards and in outpatients settings. o To work independently on a one to one basis with patients and carers, to facilitate treatment under the supervision of a dietitian. o To organise and regulate the upkeep of equipment, stock and working environment on a daily basis. o To communicate effectively with dietitians and other team members giving feedback on treatment and progress. o To assist with updating catering sheets daily and liaise with catering team as appropriate.
