We are seeking an EPR Outpatients Workstream Lead to drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme. This role will require travel between our Warwickshire sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles, with a history of leading successful business change initiatives, and a proven track record in managing and delivering complex IT programmes, particularly within a healthcare setting. Recent hands-on experience with EPR system configuration and IT system delivery will also be essential. About us Lead and manage the outpatients workstream from initiation to completion, ensuring the EPR programme is delivered on time and within scope. Ensure the configuration of the system aligns to, and supports, future state process. To work alongside Systems Administrators and support staff to understand clinical and operational workflows, both within the focus area, and holistically as part of wider hospital workflows. Develop and implement business change strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of the new system, and its associated processes, within the clinical and technical environment. Escalate issues, risks and programme decisions through the escalation structure as required. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clinicians, IT professionals, and external organisations, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns. Leverage strong IT skills and knowledge to oversee the technical aspects of the programme, including system integration, data migration, software implementation and build. Identify programme risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues. Monitor programme performance and provide regular reports to senior management, and other key stakeholders, on progress. Receive and interpret complex and sensitive information from senior Programme team members. Where necessary, support in facilitating system adoption and benefits realisation. This will include dress rehearsals, floor walking and optimisation during and post go-live. Properly document and communicate lessons learnt. "}
