You will be supporting the GP Home Visiting Service, NHS@Home (Virtual Ward) service and Clinical Streaming at University Hospital Lewisham Emergency Department. This list is not exhaustive and you may be asked to support other services within the organisation. You will need to have at least 5 years experience post HCPC registration to be considered. One Health Lewisham are also willing to sponsor your ACP qualification. The Paramedic Practitioner will be responsible for triaging patients, performing investigative procedures when required and sign-posting patients to the appropriate community service. You will bring your clinical assessment skills, ability to diagnose and treat patients, as well as your enthusiasm to the role. A full list of duties can be found in the job description attached. To succeed you will: Be flexible, respectful and compassionate with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team; Have the desire to reduce unnecessary hospital admissions; Be passionate about providing access to care for patients; Aspire to improve long term care for house bound patients with chronic conditions; Have at least 5 years' experience post HCPC registration FCP qualified or willing to work towards Hours or work: 37.5 hours per week.
