As Clinical Nurse Specialist you will provide key working, direct therapeutic support using evidence based interventions and systemic support for children and young people with complex neurodivergent needs and mental health needs. The post holder will provide expert specialist nursing practice to children and young people under 18 years and will participate in the regular review of clinical policies and guidelines within this field and implement required changes to practice. The post holder will ensure the delivery of effective evidence based clinical practice and will undertake a lead professional role for a complex case load of young people. About us To undertake this role you will Be confident and able work with a high degree of independence Have a proven track record of working innovatively in a healthcare setting, mental health service or setting working with children and young people. Hold a professional qualification / registration related to the role Be able to travel independently and work flexibly across the county to support the service, from a designated base.
