You will support the ward manager to lead the team, manage the budget, motivate staff, problem solve, role model and implement change as necessary. You will ensure the delivery of high quality care and safety and it is preferred that you have the competence for administering cytotoxic chemotherapy or be willing to undergo training to be competent with SACT in 6 months. About us The ability to communicate effectively with all members of the multidisciplinary team is essential. Cancer experience is essential, it is preferred that you have the ENB 998 or mentor-ship course and ideally you will be educated to degree level or working towards it.
