We currently have an exciting opportunity for to join Lincolnshire Heart centre team as a Cardiology/Systems administrator / Data Support Manager. Training is central to the ethos of the Heart Centre, so that all staff, including the Systems administrator, can contribute to the award winning care we provide the patients of Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will work closely with all levels of the cardiology business unit and cardiac catheter team. They will work closely with a variety of clinicians and nursing staff as required to ensure that patients are proactively managed through the system ensuring key elements of the patient's pathway are recorded in a timely way. The system Administrator/Data Manger will ensure the cardiology IT data infrastructure and systems (are effectively managed, and to support the data collecting and reporting aspects of the cardiology catheter lab. The ISCV system is a standalone PACS system for Cardiology imaging pan trust, The post involves the day to day management of the pan trust ISCV CVIS, XPER systems and to support the data collection and reporting of images and clinical reports that are used across cardiology . The post holder will daily maintain and manage the transfer of images and reports from within ISCV via the Image exchange portal. With the increasing need to have accurate information around activity and performance, this is an integral part of the cardiac catheter lab's data source. The post holder will audit the patient information to correct errors and unify the patient timeline to reflect the patient examination and provide correct access to this data by cliniciansThe post holder will become an expert in the use of the system, support other users, and prepare and present reports using the system to help the department improve performance. The post holder will line manage the cardiology audit clerks for both heart failure/NICOR and MINAP. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent customer care and interpersonal skills. You will be required to have GCSE's at C grade or above in English and Mathematics and a relevant management qualification or equivalent experience. A flexible approach to work is required as well an ability to get on with others in a team based environment. "}
