Manage toxicities of systemic anti-cancer treatment and escalate accordingly in terms of neutropenic sepsis, tumour lysis syndrome and or metastatic spinal chord compression. Caring for patients on radioactive iodine treatment. Undertake clinical duties in any area that is reasonably requested ensuring that you practice within your professional competencies and abilities.
