To be part of a highly motivated team, providing a high standard of clinical care To assess, diagnose, develop and implement individualised care packages in order to maximize ulcer prevention for patients with a wide variety of clinical needs, including acute or chronic neuropathies, chronic disease, vascular problems and wound management. The post holder will also be expected to plan and manage their own caseload, which will include providing specialist care to patients with diabetes, rheumatological and biomechanics.
