You will be a named link to GP practices, Early Years Settings, and Nurseries, and manage vulnerable children by attending multi-disciplinary team meetings. Your expertise will guide health promotion activities and key interventions, such as integrated development reviews using ASQ and ELIM questionnaires. You'll also supervise the nursery nurse team's health promotion work, working closely with local children's centres and parents to provide tailored advice that supports children's development.
