What you will be doing As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure males suffering from a primary diagnosis of mental illness that have already progressed in their journey of recovery but still require further support and intensive interventions, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork. The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, and a good amount of routine and variety.
