We have an exciting opportunity to join Ward 1&3 as an Activities Coordinator. Ward 1&3 is a welcoming team and cares for older patients who have sustained Orthopaedic trauma, we work closely with the rest of the Multidisciplinary Team to provide quality care and this role is vital to the experience patients have within our care. Working alongside the Registered Nurses, planning appropriate activities for patients. Examples of activities include talking to patients, helping patients with arts and crafts, jigsaws. Engage with both patients and relatives to promote the importance of hydration and nutrition. The successful candidate would be able to continue these events and also organise fundraising to help provide further activities.
