An opportunity has arisen for a well organised, efficient individual to provide senior administrative support and leadership for the Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford Community Nursing team, which provides care 365 days of the year. Weekend working and Bank holidays are classed as standard working days and will be on a rostered basis. The teams are currently across the following bases: St Mary's House, Eastbourne, Hailsham Health Centre, Seaford Medical Practice, Arthur Blackman Clinic, Bexhill Health Centre and Wheel Farm (Westfield). Successful candidates will be required to travel between sites upon request so having your own transport is essential. We are seeking a proactive and experienced leader to manage our team of Administrators. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations for the Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford Administrative Team, provide one-on-one support, and ensure the wellbeing of team members. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, managing performance and activity targets, assisting with data analysis, and report writing. The ideal candidate will have substantial administrative experience, preferably within the NHS, and thrive in a busy, fast-paced office environment. Key skills include excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, exceptional time management, adaptability, and strong IT proficiency. The ability to multitask effectively is crucial. While not essential, familiarity with the ESHT Community Nursing electronic record-keeping system Systmone would be advantageous. Previous experience in line management and a solid understanding of performance metrics would also be beneficial. "}
