We are looking for an experienced programme manager in our MedTech Research and Innovation Programme o Working across Wessex to capture and map current levels of innovation support in the region based on capability, experience and resourceso To build on the Wessex Initiative for Strategic and Pragmatic Regulatory Science programme bridging the gap between regulators and innovatorso Work with Wessex stakeholders to scope and deliver a Wessex programme to engage, build and flow industry and innovator pipelines (pragmatic adaption and support of SIGHT and other industry initiatives)o Work with key stakeholders to scope and develop the infrastructure required for the future ambition of a Wessex Health Tech Centre About us a) To lead a high-profile programme across Wessex, involving strategic thinking, quality improvement, programme management and stakeholder engagement across primary care, public health, secondary care, and local communities. b) Work closely with service partners to develop and implement strategic and operational and plans to deliver the programme outcomes. c) Support and communicate effectively with complex, long term and often interdependent projects that form the programme You will have Demonstrable experience in managing SME and innovator relationships. Proven ability to generate research funding In-depth knowledge of NIHR and other research infrastructure relevant to Wessex Considerable familiarity with the research pathway from ideation through to delivery and demonstrable experience in supporting innovators along the pathway.
