To assist in the co-ordination and running of therapeutic groups or clinical projects. To assist in the development of a psychologically based framework of understanding and care to the benefit of all clients of the service, across all settings where care takes place. To be able to cope with occasional, potential stressful, upsetting or emotional situations in an empathetic manner, such as referrals or case discussions which may have information about traumatic childhood experiences and abuse.
