Because of the complexities involved it requires someone who understands the Church calendar and is familiar with appropriate choice of hymns. This would be extra work for the Chaplains to undertake. A volunteer who understands and can confidently undertake the duties would be able to contribute significantly to the effective delivery of the Chapels Sunday Service put away service booklets and CDs used at previous Sunday Service. Check the Gospel Reading for the forthcoming Sunday Service and choose appropriate hymns sheet. Get out the necessary Service booklets, hymn sheets and CDs for the following Service.
