The successful candidate will work with adults who have the full range of learning disability within the area, and will need tobe able to work both independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. The post will involve working in a variety of settings including patients own homes, care homes, supported living environments etc. We are a growing team with close links to our colleagues in both Rotherham and Doncaster. To provide a comprehensive Occupational Therapy (OT) service to meet the needs of adults with mental health issues in Doncaster, dealing with more complex cases that have profound and complex difficulties. To manage a defined caseload of adult service users, using person-centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions through the promotion and implementation of evidence-based practice.
