What you'll be working: This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. What you'll be doing: Support residents in their rehabilitation journey, enabling them to achieve their maximum independence. Participate in the assessment, planning, and evaluation of care with the multidisciplinary team. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored care and treatment plans. Assist with therapeutic activities, including exercises and mobility programs, as directed by physiotherapists. Facilitate communication and engagement in daily activities. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues. Undertake tasks such as clinical observations and activity support, ensuring competency and training requirements are met.
