They will need to work in partnership with the speciality Heads of Service (e.g. Talking Therapies) and manage the complexities of matrix working (where several agencies are accountable for delivery in different ways), leadership and accountability for delivery of key targets and measurables. The post holder will adopt and lead the implementation of the \"no wrong door\" philosophy across their place-based services, ensuring that the focus is assessment and the collective meeting of needs, moving away from traditional referral and wait ways of working, and becoming increasing aligned in skill and capacity, to the needs of the local population.
