They are responsible for leading and managing the delivery and development of the Multi-DisciplinaryPlace based integrated Community Mental Health teams and will form collaborative working relationships with the local the Primary Care Teams, Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and key VCSE partnership across their place. The post holder will hold a professional clinical qualification The post holder will deliver an effective, collaborative working environment within the place, so that all MH services (including but not limited to older people services, Talking Therapies, Community MH, Recovery, Early Intervention and well-being services operates in a safe, effective & efficient way and is part of the whole system of community mental health services to respond to need. They will need to work in partnership with the speciality Heads of Service (e.g. Talking Therapies) and manage the complexities of matrix working (where several agencies are accountable for delivery in different ways), leadership and accountability for delivery of key targets and measurables. The post holder will adopt and lead the implementation of the \"no wrong door\" philosophy across their place-based services, ensuring that the focus is assessment and the collective meeting of needs, moving away from traditional referral and wait ways of working, and becoming increasing aligned in skill and capacity, to the needs of the local population.
