This post provides the post holder with the opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and experience in day-to-day delivery of pharmacy procurement service. The post holder would be responsible for ordering medicines and chasing outstanding orders under the supervision of a pharmacy technician. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with good communication skills. They will have good time management and able to work effectively in a team and under their own initiative. CIPS level 2, NVQ level 2 and/or experience in procurement / pharmacy would be desirable but full training would be given to the right candidate. You will need to have a good standard of education and GCSEs at grade C or above in Maths and English.
