East Cheshire Podiatry service provides routine podiatry for high risk patients and specialist services including wound care, nail surgery, biomechanical assessment and orthotic provision, and a domiciliary service. The service is offered in variety of settings across a large geographical area, including hospital inpatients, community clinics, health centres and GP surgeries providing a range of advanced clinicalfootservices to the local population. We are looking to recruit a Specialist Podiatrist to join our East Cheshire NHS Trust Community Podiatry Service. We are looking for someone with specialist interest in Woundcare and knowledge of biomechanics. The role will include working in Care homes across East Cheshire NHS experience and working in the community at Specialist Podiatrist level is essential. The successful candidate will need to be a team player with excellent clinical, communication and organisational skills. They will also require a positive attitude to personal and professional development.Travel is an integral part of this post and you must state on your application form how you intend to fulfil this essential requirement. Hours per week: BANK To act as a Clinical Specialist in the Podiatry Service. To undertake triage, assessment and treatment of referred patients.
