What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you explain what you believe the primary responsibilities of a GP Assistant are and how they contribute to a GP practice?
2. What attracted you to apply for the GP Assistant position in this particular Primary Care Network?
3. Describe any previous experience you have had in a primary care or healthcare setting. How do you think this experience has prepared you for the role of a GP Assistant?
4. How would you approach explaining a treatment procedure to a patient? What strategies would you use to ensure they understand?
5. The GP Assistant role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team. How do you define successful teamwork, and what role do you typically take when working in a group?
6. How do you stay current with developments in primary care, and what steps do you take to ensure your professional skills remain up to date?
7. Can you discuss a time when you identified a quality improvement need in a previous role? How did you address it?
8. This role may require adaptability to changing circumstances. Can you provide an example of a time when you had to adjust your approach in a busy or challenging environment?
