With a focus on our trust priorities, and with guidance and support from the team, you will work autonomously on a portfolio of initiatives, managing your own time and workload. The post holder will be expected to work autonomously with a portfolio of initiatives, managing their own time and workload with guidance and supervision from peers as and when required. Hours per week: 37.5 The post holder will: Work with colleagues in the team to support the planning and delivery of work programmes focused on our strategic priorities, with a leading role in specific initiative. Work with a range of stakeholders and teams, advocating a quality improvement approach in order to drive continuous improvement and transformational change. Use quality improvement methodology from concept through to operational delivery, developing clear plans, analysing data and using robust evidence to demonstrate the effectiveness of improvement.
