We work with the GP partners in the Bromley-by-Bow Health Partnership to enable a training environment for pharmacists. NB. This position is based in Barnet PCN6. Qualifications & Experience for the role: Minimum of 5 years post registration experience Evidence of further education in clinical pharmacy is essential e.g. NHS Pathway Training for Practice Pharmacists or a Clinical Pharmacy Diploma Evidence of CPD relevant to General Practice is essential Successful candidates will be part of a team of GL@GP PBPs and technicians who meet 2-3 times a month to train together and to learn from and support each other. *Please see the attached job description and person specification for more details. ** In your application please state whether you are looking for a full-time/pt-time position, your current notice period and whether you drive. *Please note we are only able to employ people who have British citizenship/ILR About us Job Summary The post holder is an experienced pharmacist, who acts within their professional boundaries, supported and working alongside a team of General Practice pharmacists. The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and provide clinical pharmacy support to the Senior Clinical Pharmacist to achieve the PCN/Practice priorities. The post holder will provide support to the PCN/practice staff with regards to prescription and medication queries, ensuring that the practice integrates with community and hospital pharmacy to help utilise skill mix, improve patient outcomes, ensure better access to healthcare and help manage workload. The role is pivotal to improving the quality of care and operational efficiencies and so requires motivation and passion to deliver excellent service within general practice.
