What to expect

9. Can you explain the concept of the band 5 passport and its importance in your professional growth?
10. What workshops or training sessions have you found most beneficial in your practice?
11. How do you ensure effective communication with other members of the multidisciplinary team?
12. Describe a time when you had to advocate for a patient’s needs within a team setting. What was the outcome?
13. What does it mean to you to manage your own caseload as an autonomous practitioner?
14. How do you handle situations where you may not agree with the treatment plan suggested by a supervisor or a colleague?
15. What do you believe are the key components of high-quality occupational therapy services?
16. How would you go about contributing to service development within the Therapy Department?
17. What motivated you to pursue a career in occupational therapy, and what continues to inspire you in this field?
18. Why are you interested in working with the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust specifically?
19. Imagine a patient is resistant to participating in therapy. How would you approach this situation?
