You must be 18+ to undertake this post. You will work alongside Registered Nurses and Operating Department Practitioners, get Theatre ready, making sure the correct equipment is available while maintaining a sterile environment. You will assist the registered practitioner, ensuring excellent patient care is given, that align with our trust values. Assessments will take place on Friday 20th December 2024, if you are successful you will be invited back for your interview. This role could see you work in any of the Theatre areas, both at the Lister or QE2. You would help in setting up your allocated Theatre, making sure all the equipment needed for the day is ready and available. You will also be trained in the Pre-Op area, where you will take basic patient observations, and stay with them until they are called to Theatre.
