Do you enjoy working collaboratively with patients and families? An exciting opportunity for a has arisen for a qualified B4 Assistant Practitioner or to join our well established and respected therapy team work within our Marlborough Community Hospital. The post holder will join the therapy team on Savernake Ward a 30 bed IP rehabilitation ward. Patients are transferred to our unit from 3 acute trusts and you will work together with them, their families, and the wider MDT to implement individualised rehabilitation programmes to meet patient goals. To work within a multi-professional team in a community ward setting, providing, support, care, and treatment to individuals, within guidelines and protocols identified for the role. We are looking for someone who has a curiosity to learn in a supportive environment and to use creative approaches working across the MDT. This post will work alongside existing therapy staff to provide excellent support to the occupational therapists and physiotherapists and work alongside therapy assistants, delivering some assessments, interventions to rehabilitation and timely discharges from our 30 bedded ward. You will demonstrate a desire to work creatively to bring about innovative service development and commit to putting the patient at the centre of your work. "}
