The service covers the 24/7 period, 365 days per year. There is an expectation of unsocial, weekend and Bank Holiday working. We would welcome you to the multidisciplinary team of GPs, Nurse Practitioners, mental health practitioners, pharmacists and non-clinical staff within a supportive and progressive team. Aneurin Bevan Health board is facing changes in light of the Six Goals for Urgent and Emergency Care and there will be more integrated working across the Health board. JOB SUMMARY The post holder will take responsibility as the Operational Manager for the operational management of the Urgent Primary Care Service. In doing so, they will manage multiple non-clinical teams within the Directorate. The post holder will apply their existing knowledge to assist the Senior Leadership Team and ensure the performance management of the team to deliver a responsive and efficient Urgent Care Service.
