To ensure that high quality administration support is given to the team at all times enabling the department to function as effectively as possible. You will prioritise your workload and carry out your duties in such a way as to make a direct and positive contribution to the organisation of the work. It is essential that the you exercise initiative commensurate with the role. Experience of working with Excel spreadsheets Experience of data entry Experience of dealing with telephone calls, face to face enquiries and emails.
