More detail about the role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust at our Eastern site at Wonford. We are a busy department providing a wide range of investigations and are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and hardworking echocardiography assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will support the Physiology team specifically with Echocardiography clinics. They will be taught how to perform a 12 lead ECG but their main duties will be assisting with the outpatient clinics, ensuring appropriate stock levels of consumables and then preparing the rooms and patients for their echocardiograms. The inpatient work with involve liaising with the ward teams to ensure timely and effective use of the echo service.
