You will be joining the multidisciplinary team (MDT) at The Hollies, who are dedicated to ensuring each patient's journey is the best it can be. Your clinical speech therapy work will include advanced communication and dysphagia, working closely with patients and their carers. As the clinical lead for The Hollies, you will advise on best practices and have the opportunity to shape the future of speech and language therapy (SLT) care. You will receive peer clinical supervision support from speech and language therapists within learning disabilities services in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Managing such a caseload will involve planning and implementing appropriate clinical interventions based on the referral, evaluation, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of individuals' identified needs.
