The post holder will work with a team of CAMHS clinicians and consultants as part of a Multi Disciplinary Team and be expected to support their team, department and organisation to achieve the Trust's Values in their day to day work. The post-holders will be a post-graduate qualified psychological practitioners (e.g. psychologist, family therapist, child and adolescent psychotherapist) or graduate qualified health care professional (e.g. nurse, social worker, occupational therapist), fully registered with the appropriate professional or regulatory body (e.g. HCPC, NMC). NELFT have been awarded the Contract to provide CAMHS services across Southend, Essex and Thurrock in partnership with HCRG for the next seven years. We will be delivering services within a THRIVE model which is a collaborative approach with young people , families and partner organisations. This is an opportunity to contribute to innovative new ways of working. The post holder will support their peers within the management team and be an effective team member whilst working on their own initiative. They will have a commitment to collaborative working and actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals and agencies.
