What to expect

4. How would you approach explaining a clinical trial to a patient who is hesitant or anxious about participating?
5. In clinical research, attention to detail is crucial. Can you describe a time when your focus on detail helped prevent a potential issue or mistake in your work?
6. How do you ensure accuracy in your documentation and data collection during research studies?
7. Can you share an experience where you had to manage multiple tasks or deadlines simultaneously? How did you prioritise your workload?
8. What strategies do you use to stay organised and meet deadlines in a busy work environment?
9. Describe a successful team project you were involved in. What was your role, and how did you contribute to the team’s success?
10. How do you approach working with multidisciplinary teams, and what do you think is key to effective collaboration in a research setting?
11. While previous research experience is not necessary, how do you plan to address the learning curve in this new role?
