Are you motivated, enthusiastic and an excellent communicator? If yes, then this may be an ideal opportunity for you to join our friendly and supportive Occupational Therapy team. The Trauma and Orthopaedic service at MTW is expanding due to the opening of the new Kent and Medway Orthopaedic Centre, a state-of-the-art unit for patients undergoing elective orthopaedic surgery. This presents an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the team and contribute to providing a high standard of service for both Trauma and elective patients across Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone hospital sites. You will be supported in gaining specialist clinical skills, being involved in service development projects and developing your supervisory skills by supporting others. This post requires cross site working and will offer an opportunity for flexible working across 7 days. You will need to be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment, have excellent communication skills and have experience of an acute hospital setting.
