Assessment of patients using appropriate Dermatology assessment tools . Act as team leader/Primary Nurse managing a team of nurses in the delivery of care . Supports the appraisal and personal development plans for junior staff. . Supports the effective use of resources and maintain adequate stock levels. . Assist the ward manager and deputy in recruitment and selection of nursing staff .Participate in staff induction and orientation to the ward, undertaking the preceptorship role . Supporting the Tele-dermatology, MOHs Surgery, phototherapy and patch testing. . To liaise with other hospitals within the Trust staff to promote and maintain effective working relationships, ensuring high standards of care and service. .
