The post-holder will hold leadership responsibilities within the wider MSK therapy team including clinical supervision and service development. To take a clinical leadership role in the delivery of therapy services to MSK therapy patients treated at University Hospitals Dorset and within the DMSK surgical interface service. This post will predominantly involve the delivery of outpatient clinical care for lower limb outpatient MSK clinics and DMSK service. The post holder will provide skilled leadership and responsibility for service development, the setting and monitoring of standards of practice and implement policy and policy changes in own clinical area. Furthermore, will participate and lead quality improvement projects across MSK Therapy and make recommendations to the team and service leads.
