CTM as a range of specialty service which support the outpatient & community team. These include staff working within clinical specialisms such as palliative care, AAC, Head & Neck and Dementia. We are particularly keen to ensure our patients have access to communication support as a priority and this post will include the opportunity to provide therapy to communication patients. Patients can be seen in their home, in clinic, or via virtual platforms as appropriate. We have excellent resources to support both communication and swallowing work. There is access to instrumental assessments to support clinical decision making We have regular staff workshops and understand the importance of staff having regular clinical supervision and access to opportunities for professional development.
