Ensure that all women have a satisfactory experience. Evaluate patient processes and redesign the pathway of care as necessary Improve the experience of childbirth for all by offering them the choice of place of birth and involving them in their care. Support the Manager in the ongoing management of rosters to provide appropriate safe staff cover. Support the Manager with sickness and absence monitoring as per Trust policy. Perform staff appraisals. Incident management/investigations. Facilitate regular team meetings. Take part in the recruitment and selection process. Maximise opportunities offered through improved partnership working in Children Centres and with other agencies.
