This is an exciting opportunity to develop a fairly new service for people who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis. There is a significant evidence base to support the interventions used to promote recovery in this patient population that includes medication, psychological interventions and family work. The post holder will be involved in the assessment and management of a wide range of early psychosis presentations. Comorbid conditions including substance misuse and mood/anxiety disorders are the norm and offer challenges in terms of diagnosis and treatment. You must ensure the relevant professional registration is maintained, including Section 12, Approved Clinician, and Responsible Clinician status. "}
