You will be key to supporting our improvements as we move forward with different ways of working, for our patients requiring face to face and virtual consultation, first line investigations and on-going treatment. The Outpatients department at Crawley has two departments covering both medical and surgical specialties including Ophthalmology, Urology, ENT, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, Breast and Cardiology to name a few. There will be opportunity to develop clinical skills across all specialities and as part of SaSH can facilitate cross site learning. The successful applicant will be joining a team of dedicated skilled staff, which includes Health Care Assistants, Nurse Associates, Staff Nurse's, Sister's, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Senior Sisters. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, flexible, hardworking, positive thinking whilst adhering to the Trust Values. The service may incorporate weekdays, evening and weekend working on a rota basis. The shift pattern will be 8-6pm 3 days a week and one 8-5.30pm Monday - Friday.
