Please visit our Facebook and Twitter page @NSFTjobs We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to work as part of the new Fleet Car team in delivering administrative support to serve Trust departments and drivers requirements. The post holder will work with the Fleet Car Supervisor to provide advice to drivers and budget holders and to ensure the efficient use and therefore financial control of all leased vehicles. To process all documentation regarding the Trust's lease car operation using online systems for Data entry. Monitor pool car bookings, allocations and locations of all pool vehicles. Provide reports on use to the Fleet & Transport Supervisor for decision on retention / replacement. Produce all associated paperwork required for payroll, finance and HMRC and enter onto database. Maintenance of the vehicle file records to record log sheet mileage to enable monitoring of contracted mileages for all fleet vehicles. Process appropriately authorised applications for pool and temporary user cars and calculate any appropriate charges. Produce monthly reports for payroll and finance for pool car and temporary user charges including lists of all authorised pool car users and identity of other 'super users' of pool car booking technology. Manage the taxi contracts relating to booking requests Trust wide. Accurately record booking requests; liaise with taxi providers to confirm bookings; provide accurate and timely records to enable monthly recharges to be calculated as appropriate. "}
