Attend and participate in the monthly Clinical Governance meeting and actively support the planned audit cycle. Support the collection of data to assist the completion of FCIUCS KPI reports. Support a culture where reporting issues and incidents is commonplace and encouraged to ensure team and organisational learning. Using Ulysses to ensure timely reporting and monitoring of incidents and complaints. Take responsibility for the safeguarding lead for the service supporting the named GP Lead. Clinical Responsibilities: Provide expert clinical assessment, screening treatment services and health care advice. Assess, treat, and advise patients presenting with health care / nursing needs. Ensure the team are performing to a high standard and in a timely fashion. Monitor the teams safe clinical effectiveness. When required ensure patients are referred on to other members of the primary health care team or secondary care as necessary and support and guide others as required. Ensure all practice is safe and effective and remains within boundaries of competence of individuals and to acknowledge limitations. Assist/perform minor procedures.
