We are looking for Registered Children's Nurses; who have completed their preceptorship program. Experience in A&E is desirable but not essential. Our nurses should be enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated nurses who possess excellent communication skills and enjoy a challenge. You will be supported by a dedicated team of practice development nurses, senior nurses and a strong education ethos. To deliver a high standard of holistic nursing care. To communicate with children and their carers, involving them in the planning and delivery of care. To co-ordinate patient discharges, including health promotion education. To identify clinical emergencies as required, ensuring that he/she is up to date with CPR training.
