Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities: Admin Duties: Processing prescriptions via online, paper and email requests. Workflowing letters. Working to the Dorset Formulary. Medication monitoring, working to achieve Practice QOF targets. Problem Solving: Addressing issues and queries from patients, doctors, nurses, community staff, and other relevant agencies. Computer Usage:Updating patient information on the computer system. Additional Responsibilities: Administrative and Professional Duties: Actively participating in practice team responsibilities and maintaining accurate records when requested. Meeting Participation:Attending practice meetings and training sessions as needed. Confidentiality:Respecting patient privacy and adhering to strict confidentiality policies and procedures regarding patient information, practice staff, and business-related data.
