We are looking for a dynamic Service Manager to join our leadership team working acrosssexual health, diabetes, health psychology and weight management services. You will be joining a team of three service managers working across the portfolio.You will oversee the effective day-to-day running of services, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care, whilst managing budgets, staffing, and operational targets. You will collaborate closely with teams to drive service improvements, manage resources, and ensure compliance with NHS standards and policies. We are looking for someone with a particular interest in using performance data (qualitative and quantitative) to help us design and deliver transformation and innovation.
