To ensure that the CNWL organisational values and objectives are represented in the post holder's operational management role within the Camden Integrated Early Years Service.o To lead the work to ensure that clear and systematic processes are in place across universal children's services to support the economic, efficient and effective delivery of key business and service objectiveso To lead the service through a transformation programme creating a new vision and direction for children and their families in Camdeno To ensure that all new developments are managed to maximise efficiency, effectiveness and successful implementation by taking project management responsibilityo To work with the Head of CYP and Family Services and the IEYS Operations Manager to ensure that all services are delivered to contract and within budget to generate surplus targets and create efficiencies in accordance with financial strategyo To be responsible for the reporting of CNWL universal children's services performance targets to LBC and CNWLo To work with service leads to ensure the implementation of systems to capture new KPIs and initiatives and to support service managers in performance managemento Be expected to develop- a clear understanding of all aspects of the service and be able to deputise for line managers at relevant meetings.
