To be an active member of the multi-disciplinary team supporting the assessment and care planning for our service users. To undertake ongoing assessment, treatment and evaluation for service users known to the service To support the delivery of therapeutic interventions either individually or within a group setting. Support the transformation of the team to deliver local evidence based care.
