You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care. We are looking for an experienced family therapist to work within the CAMHS team who has experience of working with children and young people with eating disorders. This is new role within the team and you will part of a MDT team made up of nurses, social workers, family therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists and support workers. We are CQC rated good and are a expanding and innovative team. If you are interested in this role please contact the CYP cluster lead - Cally Wareham on 01983 523602. The post holder will provide evidenced based systemic family therapy to a range of CYP, under CAMHS with varying degrees of need. The successful candidate will review and assess cases where a systemic family therapy intervention may be required. The post holder will be the lead clinician for allocated family therapy cases. You will provide active and effective supervision to junior family therapy staff members. The post holder will receive clinical, managerial and caseload supervision, as part of their remit. The post holder will complete documentation to Trust standards. To provide high quality systemic family therapy treatment, in conjunction with other professionals and work in partnership with other agencies to provide seamless, flexible services, which meets the systemic family focused service user and carer needs.
